From small, self-managed companies, to medium-sized organizations and leading international corporations, CRM (customer relationship management) and contact management are the proven way to focus on what matters in business and drive results. But with a variety of CRM software options out there, how do you choose? A quick glance at CRM software review sites show why Salesforce is the #1 CRM for businesses of all sizes.
According to industry analysts, Salesforce is the undisputed CRM market leader. As of 2017, salesforce.com was ranked the #1 CRM for the fourth consecutive year and is showing no signs of slowing down. From Motley Fool: “Salesforce continues to expand its leading market share of the global CRM industry. In fact, Salesforce expanded its “market share in 2016 by more percentage points than the rest of the top 10 CRM vendors combined,” according to the company.
Despite competition, big and small, Salesforce has grown its market share to nearly a fifth of all CRMs being used by businesses. At an estimated 18.1%, Salesforce is easily outpacing and outgrowing their largest rivals Oracle (9.4%), SAP (7.2%) and Microsoft (1.2%).
“We chose Salesforce because it was very flexible and easy to customize. That was very important to us — to ensure that this became our CRM, and had our language and processes.”
“Salesforce gives us a view of every facet of our customer interactions. It’s the key to continuing to grow and nurture all of our relationships and deliver on our movement and mission.”
“Salesforce gives our investment advisors a platform to build deeper relationships and deliver an enhanced experience to their clients.”
